The first set of post season honors were released today from the Washington Post. Despite some great individual performances this season, the Seneca Valley staff felt that some players were slighted by the Post as only one player received All-Met honors. Regardless of this, the coaches are very proud of the lone representative, Senior running back Jamaal Martin. Martin received Honorable Mention status for his 1,552 yard and 21 TD performance this season.
