CB Joe Rankin received his first scholarship offer before the end of the school year from Army @ West Point. This is one of what we believe will be many more offers for Joe as he makes the college summer camp rounds.
Joe is the second player under coach Kim to receive an offer from the Army, the other being current Army student, Kevin Quigley.
